Sarah, the dispensing optician, was delightful in helping my choose my new frames today. She couldn't have been more patient and gave me a real feel good factor about what I finally selected with her wonderful assistance. She is a real asset to the Buchanan Galleries branch and to Boots Opticians.

There was a slot available and I was seen on the spot by polite and friendly staff. There is nothing to improve as all was very good.

It was very easy for me to make my appointment. Margaret from the Deal branch was a really sweet and helpful lady. She assited with my every need and helped me choose my glasses and fill out all the paper work too. I will always use Boots in Deal. Please thank the lovely lady for me. Mrs S Sales
